Gentle facial toner balances and re-invigorates skin. Suitable for all skin types, this soothing vegan facial toner is infused with Rice Bran, Rice Water and delicate botanical notes helps promote circulation for a brighter complexion.

 

Directions

Gently shake bottle to activate rice bran particles. Use after cleansing.  Simply spritz onto recyclable cotton pad; gently sweep upwards across the face, neck and collarbone.
