Yin Yoga & Deep Relaxation
£7.50 – £12
Deeply relaxing slower paced yoga cultivating awareness of inner silence. Postures are held anywhere from 45 seconds to two minutes for beginners and build up to five or more minutes. A moderate amount of stress is placed on connective tissues – the tendons, fascia and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
